Spring balanced single skin hood.
Manual hood with handle on three sides facilitates use in corner installations.
Easily-removable full-size tank filter to prevent food scraps from being reintroduced into the wash system.
Basket support and wash and rinse arms easily removable for cleaning.
No pipes inside washing chamber for an
improved cleanability.
Suitable for GN containers.
Built-in pressure boiler (9 kW), 12-liter capacity for hot rinse cycle (80-90°C).
Boiler with 304 welding for protection against corrosion.
The boiler 'hold' mechanism prevents rinsing from taking place until the water is at the
required temperature.
Three wash cycles 54/90/150 seconds.
The required wash cycle is automatically started when the hood is closed.
Soft start wash pump to avoid accidental breakage of dishes/glasses.
Self-cleaning cycle.
Added hygiene thanks to self-draining wash pump that avoids the formation of stagnant water during periods of non-use.
Electronic board with digital display incorporating fault diagnosis system.
