Administrative and bookkeeping assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Limassol as an Office Administrator and Bookkeeping Assistant. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 with a lunch break from 13:00 - 14:30.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining professional filing systems.
- Prepare and process a variety of documents, including letters, quotations, and authorization letters.
- Handle telephone inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Assist the Accountant with daily tasks such as, invoicing, receipts, organizing payments and accounts receivables.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Perform other standard administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
