Standard Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 0800-1600

Returns: 12 month contract, 13th salary, Easter bonus, paid holidays – 22 days, Salary: 1200 euros (Negotiable after 3 months & according to candidates skills), Commissions and Tips from external coworkers
Description:
• Office assistant in our holiday apartment complex.
• Work with the rest team assisting customers
• Communication with property owners and preparation of communal expenses invoices
• Replying to emails and enquiries via email or phone
• Coordination with housekeeping and maintenance
• Replying to emails
• Assisting in back office for allocating reservations and confirm payments
Requirements:
• Greek language (Essential)
• English Language
• Others will be considered as a bonus
• Organization and management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Theova PMS or other PMS will be considered a bonus
• Previous experience on customer service and property management
