Request for Quotation – Patio Roof
I would like to have a roof built over my patio. The structure should be made of wooden beams, installed on the existing walls as supports. A horizontal beam is to be fixed to the façade, onto which the rafters for the sloping roof will be mounted. On top of this, a cover made of wood or another material should be installed and coated with a waterproof layer. Alternatively, other materials are also welcome – I am open to your suggestions.
If the structure is made of wood, it must be weatherproofed and painted with multiple coats, as the patio is located directly by the sea (7560 Pervolia). For the top covering, both roof tiles and bitumen shingles are possible. Proper sealing where the roof meets the wall is required.
Additionally, a transparent, weather-resistant roller blind is to be installed – similar to those commonly used in restaurants. It should run in side-mounted guide rails and measure between 2.50 and 3.00 metres in width and 1.50 metres in height.

ANGEBOTSABFRAGE FÜR TERRASSENÜBERDACHUNG:
Ich möchte meine Terrasse überdachen lassen. Die Konstruktion soll aus Holzbalken bestehen, die auf den vorhandenen Mauern als Stütze installiert werden. An der Fassade soll ein Holzbalken befestigt werden, auf dem die Sparren für die Dachschräge montiert werden. Darüber soll eine Abdeckung aus Holz oder einem anderen Material angebracht werden, die mit einer wasserdichten Schicht versehen ist. Alternativ sind auch andere Materialien möglich – ich freue mich auf Ihre Vorschläge.
Falls die Konstruktion aus Holz besteht, ist eine wetterfeste Beschichtung bzw. ein mehrfacher Anstrich erforderlich, da sich die Terrasse direkt am Meer befindet (7560 Pervolia). Als oberer Abschluss kommen sowohl Ziegel als auch Bitumenschindeln infrage. Eine fachgerechte Abdichtung zur Wand ist notwendig.
Zusätzlich soll ein transparentes, wetterfestes Rollo installiert werden – ähnlich wie es häufig in Restaurants verwendet wird. Es soll in seitlichen Führungsschienen laufen, eine Breite von 2,50 bis 3,00 Metern und eine Höhe von 1,50 Metern haben.
