INDUSTRIAL SHARE OF 10,000 sqm PROPERTY ILLEGALLY OWNED BY THE CYPRUS ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY. For sale by the co-owner of the above industrial property of 10,000 sqm which by a decision of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 2011 ratified by a decision of the Court of Appeal in 2014, and which is illegally owned and used by the Cyprus Electricity Authority. The above is an undivided part of the 45,000 sqm property which was sold illegally. Based on the Supreme Court's 2011 decision, the buildings are illegal not only because they were built after the three years but also because they were expropriated for another purpose and built something else, and so the Court of Appeals upheld the Supreme Court's decision and should have been returned in 2006. The transfer price for the rights is €25,000,000, since it has buildings worth €15,000,000, all of which are illegal, and the buyer will receive the property and compensation and loss of use of approximately €10,000,000 and interest, which will increase over time and will have to be adjusted to the index and the profits that the Electricity Authority illegally obtains from the property.
