About Us:
We are a fast-growing solar energy company dedicated to delivering high-quality photovoltaic solutions to residential and commercial clients. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office and project workflows.
Your Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage office tasks, including answering calls, handling emails, and scheduling appointments
-Maintain digital and physical filing systems
-Support the team in project documentation and communication with clients and suppliers
-Process invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
-Assist with order tracking and logistics coordination
-Help organize internal and external meetings
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
-Serve as the point of contact for general administrative matters
Your Profile / Skills:
-Completed commercial or administrative training (e.g., office clerk, assistant)
-Proven experience in a similar administrative role
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
-Friendly, service-oriented attitude and a hands-on mentality
-Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is an advantage (but not required)
