Step by step — as the business and the team grow — we will gradually hand over operational management.💼 What you'll be doing at the start:This is a full-time role, requiring full involvement in the project — we are looking for someone ready to make this their primary focus.The main focus in the first six months in this position is on the growth and development of the direction.We are a small team with one store, but there is a lot to do. We don’t expect “magic,” but we do want someone who thinks in goals, numbers, and results.At the start, your role will include:– Focusing on revenue growth: proposing and launching initiatives that drive sales– Looking at the business through the customer’s eyes: from first contact to purchase and repeat visits– Participating in content creation: either yourself or with the help of freelancers– Launching promotions, partnerships, and events– Overseeing core store operations: sales, customer service, stock– Gradually taking operational coordination off the founder’s plate and taking on more responsibilityYou’ll have an assistant, support from freelancers, and the founder’s involvement — but what matters is that you’re the person who sees the goal and finds a way to reach it.🚀 How the role will grow:Growth is directly tied to business results:– As revenue grows, so will the team — and your scope of responsibility– You’ll gradually take on team management, procurement, and logistics– You’ll transition into the full role of Operations Director💰 Compensation:– Starting salary: €1500– Increase to €2000 — upon reaching intermediate targets– Growth to €2500 — upon achieving the set business target (expected within 1 year, or earlier if you drive faster growth)– Additionally: % of revenue (not large at the start, but with a clear and transparent structure)✅ Who we are looking for:– Thinks in numbers: revenue, conversion rates, efficiency– Delivers results– Self-driven and responsible– May have experience in sales, management, marketing — or simply a strong entrepreneurial mindset– Ready to be hands-on, flexible, and build the business with usWe are not just selling shoes — we are helping change how people think about health, movement, and children’s development.
