We’re now looking for a mature, service-oriented Front of House Coordinator / Receptionist who will become the face of our space and help ensure every client feels seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they walk through our door.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming clients, setting a positive and professional tone for their visit
Managing bookings and client communication via phone, WhatsApp, and social media (responding to inquiries, confirming appointments)
Coordinating the daily schedules of our beauty professionals
Handling client payments and working with our POS system
Keeping reception and client areas tidy, calm, and inviting
Supporting the team with client flow and ensuring smooth daily operations
Managing light administrative tasks such as client reminders, maintaining booking records, and assisting with paperwork when needed
✅ The Ideal Candidate:
Brings professional maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understands the importance of attention to detail and client comfort
Can stay calm and organised in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Has previous experience in customer service, hospitality, beauty, or front desk roles
Is confident working with booking systems, WhatsApp, and other communication tools
Speaks excellent English (knowledge of Russian and/or Greek is a plus)
Is well-presented, polished, and understands the standards of the beauty industry
