We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our marine supply business. The role includes coordinating communication, processing orders, and managing documentation related to the supply of commercial shipping.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who are comfortable working independently in a small office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with suppliers and clients via email and phone
Prepare sales offers, follow up on orders, and track delivery status
Use ERP software and Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Support general administrative and order-related tasks
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT tools
Positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
Prior experience in administrative, sales, or order support roles is a plus
Part-time position. Working hours are flexible and can be discussed based on availability.
