Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Services Coordinator to play a key role in managing communication between clients and field staff, handling customer service inquiries, and providing excellent administrative support across multiple businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your contribution will directly support our operations. You will report directly to Denva McKenzie and Ria Piskitzis, collaborating closely to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between clients and contractors, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance in resolving issues.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs in the company diary, ensuring accurate and timely planning.
• Distribute quotations and invoices to clients, ensuring payments are collected in a timely manner.
• Collect, organize, and manage information to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Set up appointments for clients, managing schedules effectively.
• Respond to client calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support across other businesses related to Denva McKenzie.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must possess a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain a detailed diary system for both clients and field staff.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent email communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
• 3+ years previous experience in a customer service or coordination role is a must.
Work Location:
This position is based at our office in Larnaca, with a blend of office-based and remote responsibilities, offering occasional flexibility.
