Car wash manager

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Car Wash Manager in Nicosia, preferably with experience to oversee the daily operations of a car wash facility. The ideal candidate will be in charge of leading a team of staff, providing excellent customer service, and keeping the facility clean and efficient. The Car Wash Manager is also responsible for inventory management, safety protocols, and meeting corporate objectives. Greek and English are a must; Russian language is considered and advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of car wash technicians. 

• Assign tasks to staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

• Provide training and feedback to enhance employee performance. 

• Maintain a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and issues. 

• Ensure great client service and satisfaction. 

• Respond to consumer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Implement improvements based on customer feedback and suggestions. 

• Manage the car wash facility's daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. 

• Check equipment functionality and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed. 

• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other things. 

• Enforce safety rules to create a safe working environment for staff and consumers.

• Ensure vehicles are fully cleaned and adhere to specified standards. 

• Promptly address quality issues and conduct corrective steps. 

• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns. 

• Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
