One of the two bedrooms is already rented by two kind young girls from Cameroon and we are looking to rent the other available room which includes a small balcony. The living room is also available with a sofa bed and we have another extra bed for more people. It has a separate kitchen and the large lounge can be separated as well for privacy.

The apartment located in a good quiet place (impasse street) very close to a bus station (20 meters), near supermarkets, schools, banks, McDonald’s (200 meters) etc and it has children's park in front which you can have a look from upstairs. The apartment has all necessary furniture (beds, big corner sofas, long tv stand, dinner table, many chairs, armchair, small office table, big carpet, refrigerator, oven/cooker, washing machine, small air fan heater, electric bathroom boiler ~ no a/c, no tv). It also has plenty of parking space.

The whole apartment has an agreement total monthly price €650 (deposit is a must) not including bills of electricity, water, sewage and recycling waste. The price for the new flatmate(s) will be €325 (without including bills). Please no offers, do not waste time any bid will be rejected. For more affordable living you can share room(s) with more people as long as no one disturbs the neighborhood by making noise and follow the convention rules and take care not to damage things, the more people the less value for everyone. We don’t have problem of how many people will live in this apartment, we just need to know every person and add each one in the contract to avoid troubles. Honesty and respect will give you the key.

Immediately available for the August, no other upcoming months! No messages, only call if you can communicate in English or French and at an appropriate time (not midnight). Anyone that interests must have legal papers (Passport, ID/ARC, VISA), advance money (including down payment) and can always pay on time.
