A truly striking piece of African craftsmanship. This authentic, hand-carved sculpture was acquired in Sudan by my grandfather in the mid-20th century. Carved from solid ebony wood and carefully inlaid with genuine ivory dots, it reflects the traditional style of Sudanese tribal art, possibly influenced by Dinka or Nubian symbolism.

Origin: Sudan, Africa

Era: Estimated 1950s

Condition: Aged, with visible natural cracking in several areas — consistent with age and the dense nature of the materials. Structurally sound and stable.
