The changing surface with mattress is detachable and included.
This was by far the most convenient changing table we had — it continued to serve as a cabinet for a long time after.
We used the lower section to store extra diapers and off-season clothes, and the top shelves for the baby’s everyday clothing.
There are hooks on both sides — perfect for hanging towels, a backpack, or a diaper bag.
The bottom doors are designed in a way that makes it difficult for a small child to open them.
