We’re Tangerine Homes, a fast-growing boutique property brand reshaping the way people experience travel, wellness, and home. With a portfolio of beautifully designed villas, guesthouses, and wellness spaces across Cyprus, we are looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our core team in Paphos.

What You’ll Do

As the Regional Property Manager – Paphos, you’ll be the on-the-ground superhero making sure our spaces feel like magic and our operations run like clockwork. Your scope spans both operational excellence and digital visibility.

Property Management

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple villas and boutique properties in Paphos

Lead all cleaning, maintenance, and guest-readiness checks with precision and pride

Manage supplier relationships (laundry, landscaping, plumbing, etc.)

Coordinate check-ins, guest queries, and inspections with grace and a smile

Be the eyes and ears on the ground—escalate issues and solve problems fast

Support minor renovations and seasonal styling updates

Maintain inventory, restock essentials, and coordinate deliveries

Social Media & Brand Presence

Capture content of properties, local experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments

Collaborate with the HQ team to share weekly visuals, stories, and reels

Spotlight our Paphos properties and guests with authentic, creative storytelling

Be a proud ambassador of the Tangerine lifestyle—wellness, design, and soulful travel

What We're Looking For

-Previous experience in property, hospitality, or operations (bonus for boutique or luxury)

-A love of detail and a sense of pride in high standards

-Confidence working independently and managing multiple moving parts

-Strong communication and people skills

-Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of social media (Instagram in particular)

-A car and valid driver’s license

-Someone who thrives in a start-up environment, thinks on their feet, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty when needed
