Php symfony backend developer

🧩 Vacancy: Backend PHP Developer (Symfony)

Work format: In-house, Larnaca office

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience

Start date: Within 2–3 weeks

📌 Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of PHP (minimum 3 years of professional experience in a company).

Hands-on experience with Symfony (must have worked on production projects).

Proficiency with Doctrine, Events, Form Handling, and Validation.

Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.

Solid background working with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.

Confident use of Git, Docker, and Composer.

English: Able to confidently read and understand technical documentation.

➕ Nice-to-haves:

Experience with GraphQL (especially OverblogBundle).

Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, WebSockets.

Basic knowledge of Vue.js or another JS framework.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, TeamCity).

Background in international projects.

Interest in new technologies, especially in the field of AI: ability or willingness to learn tools like OpenAI, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.

Basic knowledge of Python — ability to read code and occasionally assist with Python tasks (expertise not required).

✅ Selection Process:

Candidates will be offered a technical assignment as part of the selection process.
