Discover the Role
We’re looking for a Corporate Administrator in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus, to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality corporate secretarial support to our clients. You’ll be the primary contact for day-to-day corporate secretarial needs and part of a collaborative team ensuring compliance and governance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
2. Preparation and review of various corporate documents, resolutions and agreements. Arranging for execution of the said documents;
3. Preparation, review, and execution of various corporate documents including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Powers of Attorney etc;
4. Ensure that all necessary changes that are required to be affected with the applicable authorities and/or agents and any applicable corporate reporting obligations are made appropriately and on time;
5. Ensure proper record keeping of all corporate certificates, KYC documentation and information with regards to the Cyprus companies and various related directors and officers are updated and properly kept in file;
6. Ensure proper record keeping of all agreements and any other legal documentation and maintaining the filing system of the department; Keeping this duly organized and up to date at all times;
7. Preparation and execution of bank account application forms when necessary and communication with all banks whether in Cyprus or abroad;
8. Responsible for the preparation of various documents for certification, legalisation and apostille;
9. Provide support to the legal department and generally the group on daily corporate administrative matters.
Key Requirements
Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:
1. 2+ years relevant previous experience gained within the corporate department of either a group of companies or a fiduciary service provider or a law firm is essential.
2. Proficient in both Greek & English (written & spoken).
3. Excellent knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and the relevant procedures and filings.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of basic Compliance/AML procedures required to maintain Cyprus Registered Structures compliant.
6. Prior experience with the opening and maintenance of local and international bank accounts on behalf of clients.
