ICan School is looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable After School Program Coordinator to manage our extracurricular activities, support students and staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinating after-school activities and schedules

✅ Assisting reception and welcoming parents/students

✅ Ensuring student safety and smooth operations

✅ Communicating with parents via messaging platforms

Requirements:

✅ 1+ year of experience in an administrative or coordination role (preferably in education)

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to perform operational tasks and handle payments efficiently

✅ Knowledge of school procedures and educational administration is desirable but not essential

✅ Fluency in English (C1 level preferred) + Russian

Το πρόγραμμα είναι πιστοποιημένο και σε συνεργασία με το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου, στο πλαίσιο ερευνητικών έργων ανάπτυξης του εκπαιδευτικού υλικού. Στο πρόγραμμα μπορούν να ενταχθούν απόφοιτοι Παιδαγωγικών σχολών, καθώς και θετικών ή τεχνικών επιστημών (Φυσική, Μαθηματικά, Βιολογία, Μηχανολογία κ.ά.). Προηγούμενη διδακτική εμπειρία και ιδιαίτερα σε συναφές αντικείμενο θα εκτιμηθεί ως πρόσθετο προσόν. Υπάρχουν 3 θέσεις πλήρης απασχόλησης και 1 2 μερικής απασχόλησης για απογεύματα και Σάββατο πρωί.
