Full-time hard-working, detail-oriented and responsible cleaner with an official work permit and with NO visa complications wanted from September 2025 for a large residential complex in Limassol ParkLane Hotel area.Daily Responsibilities: • Cleaning of outdoor areas (streets, pool surroundings, parkings, garbage bins areas, pets litter etc.) • Cleaning of indoor common areas of 15 3-4 stores buildings (stairs, hallways, entrances) • Sweeping and mopping all shared surfaces • Dusting railings, windowsills, and outdoor furniture • Reporting any damage or maintenance needs to the managementRequirements: • Previous cleaning experience preferred as well as ability to efficiently work in existing hot climate conditions • Punctuality • Basic English communication skills • Working permit to work in CyprusWe Offer: • Stable monthly salary 1500 euro brutto. • Friendly working environment • Long-term employmentBus stop Nr.30 is available.Working hours: 6am - 1pm Monday-Friday + 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday.
