BestCyprusHolidays is seeking a responsible and proactive Assistant Property Manager with some Handyman skills to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties in Larnaca. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or property management who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned apartments to ensure quality and readiness

● Perform property walkthroughs to Repair what is needed. If it needs expert technician to coordinate fixing

● Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and other team members for smooth operations

● Handle occasional cash collections in a secure and professional manner

● Maintain accurate records and provide updates to management

● Assist with guest-related issues as needed

✅ Requirements:

● Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

● Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and own vehicle

● Based in Larnaca or nearby

● Punctual, trustworthy, and highly reliable

● Previous experience in property management or the hospitality industry preferred

Excellent communication skills and Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
