About the Role:

As an Operations Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our agency’s operations, ensuring that all services run smoothly for our international guests. You’ll manage all aspects of ground operations, from coordinating airport transfers to booking accommodations, tours, and activities. Your organizational skills and passion for hospitality will help deliver seamless and memorable journeys—every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and confirm client transfers, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs

Manage bookings for tours, excursions, and destination activities

Handle accommodation reservations and special guest requests

Organize services for individual travelers and groups

Maintain close communication with suppliers, guides, and transportation providers

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions

Ensure that all itineraries are executed as planned and meet our quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in operations, travel coordination, or tourism is a strong advantage, but not necessary.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication skills in English; other languages like Greek, Polish, Hungarian or Czech are a plus

Tech-savvy with experience using booking systems and Microsoft Office

Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Team player who can also work independently when needed

Residence and work permit are mandatory
