Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef located in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking sushi dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene, managing food preparation, and maintaining seafood quality. The role also includes creating menu items, collaborating with other kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Food Preparation and Hygiene skills
Cooking and Culinary Skills
Expertise in handling and preparing Seafood
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in culinary presentation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
Formal culinary training or certification is beneficial
Minimum 2 years of experience
