Walking distance to Universities and city centre: I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in a 2 bedroom flat in Strovolos/Vyzantiou street. The apartment is lovely, cosy and bright! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies, and a separate living room and kitchen. It’s surrounded by everything one may need just within walking distance; mini market open until late (2m’), pharmacy, a medical clinic, cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms all within a max of 5 minutes walk. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the European University and a 20 minute walk to the city centre, the post office is on the parallel street too. I am looking for a clean, tidy and responsible female to enjoy the apartment together while respecting each other’s space. PS: there is a cat living in the flat too “Siko” he is a lovely male cat that I rescued from Greece. If you feel like this is something you’re looking for.
