We’re looking for a full-time VR Gaming center operator to help lead the operations on-site and ensure a top-level gaming experience for our visitors.

Are you passionate about technology and gaming? Do you have experience in entertainment operations and enjoy leading teams? Then you might be the perfect fit to join our dynamic team.

Operations & Customer Service

· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the VR gaming center

· Guide and assist customers with VR experiences and equipment

· Oversee the operation, ensuring excellent customer service

· Handle basic troubleshooting and maintain the VR gear in top condition

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across all zones

· Coordinate with management on schedules, performance, and feedback

· Support promotional activities on-site

Who You Are:

• Experienced in customer service, event spaces, or entertainment venues

• Comfortable with new technologies and fast learners welcome

• Strong team co-operation skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Fluent in English (Russian and Greek is a plus)

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
