Process outgoing payments on a daily basis, in line with internal timetables and deadlines.2. Manage weekly credit/debit card balances.3. Liaise internally with other departments for matters relating to payments.4. Contact financial institutions with respect to payment documentation (proof of payments) and payment issues.5. Prepare the Daily Cash Position Report and other management reports as requested;6. Liaise with financial institutions regarding:— opening of new bank accounts;— ongoing maintenance of existing accounts;— issuance/deletion/renewal of cards— granting/modifying/removing access to accounts7. Keep updated records of the bank accounts details, access rights, cards register and fees.8. Prepare bank fees analysis and propose cost efficient payment flows.
