It & social media automation specialist

We’re a fast-scaling startup in the creator & influencer marketing space — and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, systems-driven operator to build and lead our backend social media infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who loves figuring things out, building systems, and eventually managing a tech team of their own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and run multi-device operations (phone farms, device management)

• Use proxy/IP rotation tools to safely manage 30–100+ accounts

• Build automation systems for content scheduling, growth, and performance

• Help deploy mass-scale growth on IG, Reddit, Threads, X, etc.

• Transition into Tech Ops Lead — hiring and managing your own tech team

You’ll be heavily involved in-office at the start (Larnaca base) while systems are built.

As we grow, you’ll shift into a hybrid work setup and lead tech expansion efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong IT background (device setup, networking, automation workflows)

• Based in Cyprus – must be able to work from Larnaca office full-time initially

• Growth mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to self-learn

• Bonus: Experience with proxies, Shadowrocket, phone farms, automation tools, or social media growth hacking
