Hi Roomies!
We have a Big Bedroom w Shared WC to let from 1st of July 2025 onwards.
The apartment is located in Old Strovolos.
The location is amazing and pretty quaint. It is surrounded by greenery and the linear park. The park which you can walk/Cycle to the Old Town.
There is a Lidl supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. We are also close to bakeries, cafes and art studios.
The room is decently spacious, comes with a double bed and mattress.
Our house is a 3 floor building with a huge and spacious kitchen. We have a garden and lots of space to lounge about. You will be sharing the home with 3 of us :)
We love board games, and having dinners together. There are times we also head out to the bars together or have friends over to do weekend gardening.
We are looking for someone to jive with. The house culture is full of good vibes and energy which we're hoping to keep going. (Most of us are artists and love to make art.)
So being considerate and caring towards everyone like fam would be awesome. ☀️
There are no crazy rules in this house. Feel free to have friends over; cooking is highly encouraged, hang out with each other and not coop up in the room.
The asking rent is 400 Euros, and 50 Euros for monthly utilities. Please reach out if you’re interested, and I’d love to learn more about you (what you do for work, the stuff that excites you and is passionate about, and of course your drink of choice. etc.) 😊
