Job Title: Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Ad Ops Specialist to join our dynamic team in Limassol. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and in-app inventory.

You’ll collaborate with DSPs, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless technical execution and maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns using leading DSPs

• Handle campaign trafficking and ensure correct SDK integrations and tracking

• Work with RTB platforms and exchanges to ensure efficient bid strategies and pacing

• Monitor delivery, performance metrics, and budget pacing across display, mobile, video, and in-app formats

• Implement and manage tags, pixels, and postbacks; troubleshoot attribution and tracking discrepancies

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize ad placements and reduce latency on app inventory

• Provide actionable insights through performance reporting and analytics tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in digital advertising operations with hands-on RTB and in-app campaign experience

• Proficiency with DSPs and SSPs in the programmatic ecosystem

• Strong understanding of real-time bidding mechanics, bid floors, win rates, and auction dynamics

• Familiarity with mobile MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and SDK integration best practices

• Experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), tag management, and pixel tracking

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in English; additional languages (Greek, Russian) are a plus

• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus, or willing to relocate
