Project manager

📍 Full-time, Limassol (on-site) We’re expanding our team and looking for a Site Coordinator/Engineer to oversee daily activities at our construction sites. Your daily tasks will include: - Coordinating and facilitating ongoing site works - Resolving technical issues on the spot (drawings, materials, installation details, etc.) - Monitoring the quality and timing of construction and finishing works - Acting as the key link between the admin/project team and workers on site - Supporting foremen and team leads with day-to-day decisions and task prioritization - Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to handle on-site needs - Preventing delays and removing operational roadblocks We’re looking for someone who: - Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction project execution - Is confident handling technical decisions independently - Understands the specifics of finishing and engineering systems (a big plus!) - Knows how to motivate and manage teams directly on site - Can multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure Speaks fluent English; knowledge of Greek or Russian is a strong advantage What we offer: - Competitive salary package - A highly professional international team - Room to grow and take on more responsibility - 21 paid vacation days annually - 40 paid sick leave hours per year - Public holidays as per Cyprus law We look forward to meeting you!
