TeamzMate, a fast-growing international SaaS company, is looking for a Support & Customer Success Representative with fluent English and strong technical skills to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus.We provide smart solutions for workforce management – including time tracking, access control, employee scheduling, and more – used by clients across 20+ countries.🎯 Your Role:You’ll be the face of TeamzMate for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to support tickets and user inquiries via email/chatTroubleshooting software-related issues and delivering clear solutionsWriting and maintaining product documentation, FAQs, and help guidesHelping clients succeed by guiding them through features and best practicesOccasionally identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs✅ Requirements:Fluent English (spoken and written) – clear, professional, and friendlyStrong technical aptitude – ability to understand and explain softwareExperience in customer support, technical support, or customer successExcellent writing skills for documentation and knowledge base articlesDetail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindsetTeam player with a positive attitude📍 Location & Hours:Full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday)Office based in Larnaca, Cyprus⭐ Bonus Points:Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B toolsFamiliarity with support systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)Knowledge of time & attendance or HR softwareWant to help customers succeed, solve real-world problems, and grow with a dynamic tech team?
