Part-time back-office employee for trading company

We are a dynamic trading company seeking a highly motivated, organized, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a part-time Back-Office Employee. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Perform secretarial tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and document organization. follow up on offers to customers, shipments, payments, and other company's proceadures

Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced data entry, analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and maintaining financial records.

Support the back-office team with administrative and operational duties.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability in all tasks.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools).

Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Trustworthy and dependable, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.

Self-motivated with high self-discipline to work independently and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles (experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks online is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in English (Greek or other languages are an advantage).

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
