Liv & Co is a boutique hotel in Oroklini offering premium accommodation, a rooftop bar, and curated culinary experiences. We're passionate about hospitality and now looking for a talented and reliable Chef or Cook to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Chef or Cook to manage and prepare breakfast and light meal offerings for our guests, as well as provide support for private events, meetings, and small-scale catering.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate breakfast, brunch, and light meals (mainly Mediterranean-style)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards
Assist with menu planning, including daily specials and seasonal options
Manage stock levels and place orders when necessary
Coordinate food preparation for small conferences or rooftop events
Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in all dishes served
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, café, or similar setting
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good organizational and time-management skills
Passion for fresh ingredients and simple, flavorful cooking
Basic English or Greek communication skills
EU work permit or Cyprus residency
