TeamzMate, a fast-growing international SaaS company, is looking for a Support & Customer Success Representative with fluent English and strong technical skills to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus.
We provide smart solutions for workforce management – including time tracking, access control, employee scheduling, and more – used by clients across 20+ countries.
🎯 Your Role:
You’ll be the face of TeamzMate for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to support tickets and user inquiries via email/chat
Troubleshooting software-related issues and delivering clear solutions
Writing and maintaining product documentation, FAQs, and help guides
Helping clients succeed by guiding them through features and best practices
Occasionally identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs
✅ Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written) – clear, professional, and friendly
Strong technical aptitude – ability to understand and explain software
Experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success
Excellent writing skills for documentation and knowledge base articles
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Team player with a positive attitude
📍 Location & Hours:
Full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday)
Office based in Larnaca, Cyprus
⭐ Bonus Points:
Experience with SaaS platforms or B2B tools
Familiarity with support systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Knowledge of time & attendance or HR software
