We need a detail-oriented and friendly Business Administrator to keep our car rental operations running smoothly. You’ll handle bookings, manage paperwork, talk to customers, and make sure everything stays organized behind the scenes.
Must have:
✅ Fluent English & Russian (spoken/written)
✅ Valid driver’s license (you’ll occasionally pick up clients from airports/hotels)
What You’ll Do:
Manage reservations, contracts, and customer questions.
Keep track of car availability, maintenance, and inspections.
Handle payments, invoices, and basic financial records.
Work with insurance, and service providers.
Help with promotions and social media if needed.
Solve problems and keep customers happy.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in admin, office work, or customer service (car rental/travel experience is a plus).
Organized, good with computers (Excel, Word, etc.).
Great communication skills (English + Russian).
Driver’s license is absolutely required.
From time to time pick-up clients from the airport or hotels.
