Who We Are:
We are a dynamic international group of companies with a diverse portfolio across a chain of industries, including Property Development, Property Management, Corporate and Fiduciary services and an aspiring Law firm. We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and guests, offering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, inform appropriately and ensure that office operations are smooth and effective.
• Provide support as required such as managing incoming and outgoing mail/ emails, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensure the reception area and common office spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate office cleaning services, ensuring all areas, including restrooms and kitchen, are maintained to high standards.
• Maintain stock levels of office supplies, cleaning materials, and stationery and reorder as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, scan, copy, printing and filling of documents.
• Manage the office calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and book conference rooms.
• Provide support for other departments with various administrative tasks if needed.
• Prepare and distribute office memos, updates and communications to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in office administration or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• A proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for creating a positive first impression.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with office software tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• A team player who works well under pressure and adapts quickly to changing needs.
• Fluent in both English and Greek.
