We’re Hiring: General Manager – The Colonial, Boutique House

The Colonial is a small, privately run boutique house with five rooms, a saltwater pool, and a focus on personal guest service. We are looking for a General Manager to take over the daily operations and help us grow.

🧾 Position: Full-time (100%)

📍 Location: Central Larnaka

Key Responsibilities:

Daily guest service and front desk routines (check-in/out, bookings, communication)

Oversee pool & bar service, supplies, and inventory

Lead housekeeping, scheduling, and team coordination

Support breakfast and small events when needed

Budget and P&L responsibility: cost control, revenue tracking, forecasting

Work closely with our accountant on payroll, VAT, and reconciliation

Evening/weekend shifts included in schedule

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or guesthouse management

Strong English skills (Greek is a plus)

Confident with hosting, planning, and leading a small team

Knowledge of digital tools (Google Workspace, booking systems)

Responsible, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
