Business Account Verification for Real Estate Category

Criteria to create a Business Account for Real Estate listings with Bazaraki:

• Agent: means any legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (i.e. Cyprus company), primarily in the business of selling or letting residential or commercial properties or land on behalf of multiple unrelated third parties, duly licenced by the Council of Real Estate Agents. For the avoidance of doubt, this definition does not allow any physical person maintaining private account in Bazaraki to display any details of any legal entity on his/her advertisements.
• Company: means any legal entity, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, duly authorized to advertise residential or commercial properties including but not limited to the entities which offer listing services or property management services.
• Construction Company: means any legal entity primarily in the business of construction or renovation of residential or commercial properties, registered at the Contractor’s Register having a licence by the Council for the Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors
• If you are an Agent, Company or Construction Company as defined hereinabove, then you are eligible to proceed with the creation of a business account in Bazaraki, provided that you fulfil the below requirements and provide to Bazaraki the relevant documentation/information.

1. Legal Requirements
   Follow and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidance including, but not limited to Real Estate Agents Law 71(I) 2010-2017, Regulations of Real Estate Agents Registration Council, Registration & Control of Building & Civil Engineering Contractors Law 29(I)/2001, Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Laws of 2007 (L. 188(I)/2007) and any other applicable law and regulation as updated and amended from time to time.

2. Business Requirements
   To proceed with the creation of your Business Account, please submit the following details:
   A) Your company’s name
   B The registration number of your company
   C) Address, mobile number and your email

   All the details that you submit or declare to Bazaraki including but not limited to tradenames/trademarks, addresses etc. should be consistent with the registration details you filled with the bodies listed above. Also, the company’s name as well as the company’s registration number must be declared as they appeared in the records of the Registrar of Companies. 

   We reserve the right to ask for additional supporting documentation/information.
   1. We will require from Business Accounts to verify their details to be able to post advertisements, as well as to maintain their existing Ads on our website.

Business Account Verification for Motors Category

1. In order to create a business account, please submit your Company’s Registration Number, your Company’s Name (as per the records of the Registrar of Companies), address, and contact details such as your mobile phone number and your email address. Professional Car Dealers should have a physical address of the car stock place or e-shop or online store.
2. Bazaraki.com will require Business Motors Accounts to verify their accounts in order to be able to post advertisements, as well as to maintain their existing Ads on our website.
