INEX Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical team. The role involves delivering structural solutions for residential and commercial buildings — from design through to completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure safe, cost-efficient, and code-compliant structural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review structural design concepts, analysis, and detailed calculations

- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations to test load performance, deflection, seismic behavior, etc.

- Verify compliance of designs with EUROCODE (2 and 8 proficient level) standards and local building regulations

- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design integration

- Prepare and/or review structural documentation for permit applications and construction

- Oversee the implementation of structural systems on-site, including inspections and technical supervision

- Evaluate alternative materials or systems for cost-effectiveness and performance

- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)

- Fluent English and Greek

- Strong knowledge of finite element methodology and manual structural calculations.

- Proficient in advanced structural software (e.g., Dlubal (RFEM) ,SCIA, Robot Structural Analysis, MIDAS , ETABS or equivalent)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
