SCOPE OF JOB
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks and desserts. Must understand the basic objectives and standard of procedures set out by the outlet Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greeting and serving customers
• Preparing customers’ orders timely, deftly and accurately
• Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information
• Knowledge of methods of coffee and beverage preparation
• Maintaining stock levels, supplies and FIFO
• Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.
• Ensuring the Health and Safety requirements are enforced and maintained

REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge
• English and Greek Language. (Russian Language will be a big plus)
• Customer service skills
• Good planning, organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations
